Collected imagery moves through a proprietary processing pipeline that delivers ground truth intelligence at a resolution and analytical depth the industry has not seen from aerial collection. Customers gain an unambiguous picture of their assets, enabling faster decisions, reduced site visits, and measurable operational advantage.

DMR Technologies designs and manufactures unmanned platforms built end-to-end in the United States. Their product line spans agricultural spray drones, NDAA-compliant defense platforms, inspection systems, and mobility solutions. DMR serves the full spectrum from commercial operators to defense contractors, with platforms ranging from close-range inspection to counter-UAS interceptors. Built in Lafayette and deployed across America.

Panta Rhei Productions is a design, fabrication, and prototyping studio. Their work spans 2D and 3D design, large format printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, tradeshow and exhibit environments, dimensional signage, and branded spatial experiences. They serve commercial, cultural, and industrial clients nationwide, bridging the gap between concept and physical execution.

Paiv is an AI platform that automates the insurance claims workflow for roofing contractors, from inspection to payout. Field crews capture jobsite conditions by voice and photo; Paiv generates structured damage reports, Xactimate estimates, and insurance-ready documentation in real time. The platform handles lead generation, inspection guidance, claim management, and deal execution in a single workflow, compressing weeks of manual process into hours and materially increasing revenue per job.

US Drones is focused on the development of next generation unmanned platforms. The work centers on advancing platform capabilities beyond current commercial standards, with an emphasis on operational resilience, mission adaptability, and specialty payload integration.

Dorset is Riot Labs' Louisiana Field Office and the first asset in its real estate development portfolio. The facility spans 150,000 square feet of industrial space and currently houses Drone Institute, DMR Technologies, and Panta Rhei Productions. Dorset represents the model for how Riot Labs approaches real estate, acquiring and operating physical infrastructure that directly supports the companies it builds.
